so I post bit earlier then usual.
I went for a run today. It was fantastic! Today was second time I fulfilled the word 'cross country'. I run through the wood in the area where I live. Maybe once I went the way I did today, but that was such a long time ago. So practically, I got lost today for fun, and when I found the green tourist sign, I knew I was on the right way. So I run today 10km in about 1.30hour. It was an amazing time! How do you feel about run? Are you one of those who hate run, or do you love it and live for it?
